BBIRBICIÙ was born in Pantelleria in 2020, when the destinies of three boys intersect in a virtuous and counter-current project:
live on an island far from everything and produce – with very ancient methods –

Winemaker and entrepreneur from Milan, Pantelleria by adoption. Thanks to his vision, BIRBICIÙ is now a reality.

Natural, unfiltered wine
An ambitious goal, for which rigorous choices have been made: from the exclusive use of ancient traditional techniques, based on manual work and on non-mechanized and organic agriculture, with a 100% Pantelleria production chain , at every stage , from cultivation to vinification in amphorae, from bottling to labelling.
All this to enclose and communicate, through wine, the history and tradition of a territory of millenary culture:
Pantelleria .
